The Interview Preparation Session for Undergraduates, held on 25th February 2026, was successfully conducted to equip students with the skills and confidence needed to excel in interviews and professional interactions.
Organized by the Career Guidance and Student Mentoring Unit, the session focused on practical strategies to handle interviews with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
Participants gained valuable insights into answering common interview questions effectively, improving communication skills, mastering body language, and creating strong first impressions. The session also guided students on how to present their skills, strengths, and experiences in a compelling and authentic manner.
The program was led by Mr. Ravindha Silva, who shared real-world techniques and interactive guidance to help students overcome fear and approach interviews with confidence.
