BCIRC 2026 will conduct a double-blind review process . In this process, authors’ information will not be visible to reviewers and vice versa. Authors are requested not to include any content in the manuscript that could reveal their identity, such as names, affiliations, or country. In addition, authors are requested not to include sentences, figures, or any other material that could disclose their identity to reviewers when citing their previous papers as references.

• You are invited to submit your full paper within the scope of BCIRC 2026.
• All submissions must be prepared at the highest level of quality.
• Full paper should be from original research, Reviews, and case studies. Concepts and Future Studies are not accepted.
• Full papers should consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 pages, while review papers may extend up to a maximum of 8 pages, with all pages counting references, citations, sources, graphics, and figures.
• As the acceptance rate will be maintained below 50%, priority will be given to papers that receive high review scores.
• Each speaker may present up to 3 papers, and an author’s name may appear on a maximum of 5 papers.
• All full papers must be formatted according to the prescribed template of BCIRC 2026, and the tracks are as follows:

• All submissions must be original and should not be considered for publication at any other conference or journal simultaneously.
• No changes will be allowed to be made to the full paper after the camera-ready submission deadline.
• Full papers that are not presented at the conference will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
• All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process and will be evaluated based on originality, research quality, accuracy, relevance to the conference, and clarity of presentation.
• The full paper will be rejected at the stage of revised paper submission if the reviewer and editor comments are not adequately addressed.
• The plagiarism rate for papers must not exceed 20%, and AI-generated content must not exceed 30%, excluding references. Submissions that do not meet these criteria will be rejected without undergoing editorial or peer review.
